Returns and Exchanges Policy

General Policy

  1. Duration: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, all sales are considered final.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  3. Receipt Required: A copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.


Returns

  1. Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).


Exchanges

  1. Faulty Items: If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the exchange.

  2. Size/Color: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, shipping costs for both the return and the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or a store credit.


Exceptions

  1. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  3. Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
